2. Leg Extensions - 3 Sets of 20,18,15,12,10's
3. Prone Hamstring Curls - 4 Sets of 18 to 20 Full Reps and 10 Partials
4. Calf Extension Machine - 4 Sets of 20 Superset w/ Standing Calf Raises - 4 Sets of 20
5. Leg Press - 3 Sets of 15 to 18
6. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts - Light Weight - Time Under Tension - 3 Sets of 20
7. Bodyweight Walking Lunges - 3 Sets of 16
